There was laughter. There were smiles. There was lion fellowship. On a beautiful Sunday morning, the El Cajon Valley Lions Club hosted their annual pancake fundraiser at the local Elks Club. Assisted by the local Leos who donned their aprons and “pancake attire,” served those lions, elks, and neighbors in attendance a huge serving of “flapjacks,” link sausages, eggs, and coffee. What a wonderful event for all…and during the merriment, there was live entertainment on the stage. The San Diego Miramar Lions Club was there to enjoy it all – we can’t wait for the next one in 2023. Good job El Cajon Lions Club – we had a great time and the “eats” were top-notch!
