San Diego Miramar Lions Club collected a total of 311 glasses, sunglasses, lenses, and cases were collected and donated. Lion Leo, from the Forever Lions Club delivered the glasses on behalf of the San Diego Miramar Lions Club. Thank you Lion Leo. Glasses were counted and sorted, then delivered to the San Diego Lions Optometric Vision Clinic during the month of March. Donations also included three (3) CPAP machines (one new) with cases and all cords. Eyeglass collection and donation is a “signature event” of the San Diego Miramar Lions Club. Call the Lions if you’d like to make a donation! We travel to the San Diego Lions Vision Optometric Clinic every month with boxes of donated eyewear.
