The world-wide COVID-19 pandemic that started in January 2020 has continued for months, and the coming weeks and months are likely to be just as stressful for those who work on the front lines of health care.
Medical leadership and their staffs have continued under difficult conditions, and, often times, without the proper PPEs. In consideration of all that they do daily to serve our community and its citizens in a medical setting, the San Diego Miramar Lions Club offered their thanks to physicians, nurses, and care teams during COVID-19 by providing a hosted lunch at the VA San Diego Healthcare System Medical Staff, San Diego, CA.
A big THANK YOU to all healthcare personnel who diligently work helping others during COVID-19, and saving countless lives. We appreciate your contributions and continued dedication to healthcare throughout our communities.
