The Miramar Lions Club PRIDE showed their support during the month of September – Childhood Cancer Awareness Month – by joining in the Superhero Walk/Run event held by the San Diego Majestic Lion’s Club. Even with the exceptional blistering heat wave passing through San Diego, the Majestic Lions carried on with their “cancer mission” walking and running to success. There were several District 4L6 Lions Clubs there offering their encouragement. Thank you Majestic Lions for your support of all the kids with cancer! What a great event!!!! Let’s ROAR together and “paw” out childhood cancer.
