Disaster can strike at any time and in so many ways. Communities are turned upside down in seconds, families are separated without warning, and many experiences the loss of loved ones. The LY 2022-2023 District Governor of San Diego and Imperial Counties District 4L6, Lion Jay Ruiz, Jr., is asking lions everywhere to ensure the Disaster Fund is “full” and ready to help those in need, those who have endured hardship, those who have experienced loss in emergency situations. The San Diego Miramar Lions Club fully supports the District’s Local Disaster Fund and donated money to ensure ready funds are available for our local communities should an emergency strike in San Diego and or Imperial Counties.
