The inaugural meeting for the San Diego Miramar Lions club was a success!
On October 1st, San Diego Miramar Lions Club (SDMLC) was established with thirteen members. The inaugural meeting was held in the township of Mira Mesa/San Diego. Lion Leadership that included Lion Jay Ruiz, TITLE, CLUB, and Lion Julio DeGuzman, TITLE, CLUB.
Because we do not yet have 20 members, we have formed as a branch club under the sponsorship of the La Jolla Presidents Lions Club with mentoring by Lion Jay Ruiz, Sr., who has been with the District 4-L6 Global Leadership Team in the past. Thank you for your guidance, Lion Jay!
We filled the following positions:
- President — Elizabeth Yoe, Ph.D
- Vice President — Nicole Heffel, Esq.
- Treasurer — Debbie Lamb
- Secretary — Jennifer Huege, Esq.
- Webmaster — Vince Patron
- Assistant Webmaster — Sabina Spilkin
