Glasses Collected and Donated So That Others May See

Working with big box stores and the community in and around San Diego County, the SDMLC PRIDE gathered used glasses from stores throughout the community to donate to the San Diego Lions Optometric Vision Clinic. Thank you Poway Costco, Morris Eye Group Encinitas, and San Diego County Library (University City) for helping us, help others. Many thanks to all the volunteers who collected eyewear from around our respective neighborhoods! Great Job!!! In all, the SDMLC Pride collected 189 pairs of glasses, sunglasses, and eyewear cases.  Donated to the District 4L6-sponsored organization during the month of June.  Let’s keep ROARING for others and share the gift of “clear vision.”  Thank you community!
