San Diego Miramar Lions Club Celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the Escondido Champagne Village Lions Club With Evening Dinner and An Early Visit from Santa!!!
The San Diego Miramar Lions Club attended the 25th Anniversary dinner of the Escondido Champagne Village Lions Club in Escondido enjoying Lion fellowship, music, entertainment, dinner, and a visit from Santa on November 16, 2019. In addition to celebrating the long and distinguished history of the club itself, new members – including Santa – were inducted by District 4L6, Immediate Past District Governor, Mercy Walters.
Dinner included braised chicken, spaghetti, vegetables, rolls, and white or red wine topped off with after-dinner coffee and cake. It was such a wonderful evening of celebration and friendship, both old and new, Santa, and even some light dancing! Congratulations Escondido Champagne Village Lions Club on your 25 years of Lion fellowship and contributions to the community at large. We had such a good time at your anniversary party and made sure to ask Santa if we had been “very good” this year!
