As we enter the winter months, many of our transitioning community members will be in need of warm clothing, shoes, and blankets. The San Diego Miramar Lions Club partners with Father Joe’s Village each year in November to donate blankets. This year during the month of November, lion members purchased 75 new blankets and 25 gently used blankets to help combat the cold as we enter the winter season. It is this generosity of heart that bonds and unites us together as one community. Thank you lions for always giving so generously. You have provided warmth to 100 people who will receive your blankets as the temperature is rapidly changing. Happy holidays to all.
