What a great way to end a Thursday afternoon that was blistering hot – at least too hot to cook! A fundraiser at Rubio’s offering their famous fish tacos – oh so yummy – and their gigantic burritos, deluxe plates and bowls. What a treat to sample so many delicious items with a very generous 15% contribution of total sales. In just a few short hours, Rubio’s helped our Lion Club fund raise for those in need around the community.
Funds raised at Rubio’s will be donated to a local animal shelter to help care for those sick, abandoned, and lost four-legged friends. Thank you everyone for ordering dinner out on Thursday for the San Diego Miramar Lions Club! It is a great cause to help our furry friends who are unable to help themselves.
