SDMLC PRIDE Partners with Mother Nature to Keep Our Community “Clean and Green”

Come Rain or Shine, the SDMLC Pride took to the streets to help pick up trash in their local community. What started as a cool, end of Summer Day, ended up with the rain coming down. Still, not even rain deterred the efforts of picking up all the trash.  Lead by our very own Lion Sandi,the lions of the SDMLC continued to look for and find trash everywhere including a white table frame.  Lion Erik, an avid hiker, traversed the hardest and highest hills to pick up bags and bags of littered trash.  So many surprises were found along the streets, curbs, and hilly area of Miramar and Mira Mesa roadways.  Trash collected, tagged and bagged.   Come join us in our efforts to help Mother Nature on our next project.
